Our home has an open concept layout with a reverse floor plan that allows views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico from its expansive third floor porches. Our home is in a gated community that provides not only a pool and hot tub for your use, but also a private boardwalk to the neighborhood access to Santa Rosa Sound. Beach chairs, fishing poles, beach umbrellas, body boards, life jackets and SUP's are all available for your use.

I 100% recommend this place! It has everything you need to make your beach stay relaxing & successful. Beach chairs? Paddle boards? Washer n dryer? Pack n play? Life jackets? Nice water pressure? Comfy beds? Plenty of space? Ballin’ kitchen? Nice community? Yes yes and more yes. This place has it all! But I’d have to say my favorite accommodation was the golf cart. That was SUPER handy going to and from the beach. The owner was very kind and responsive. It truly was an incredible stay and we hope to be back! 💛

I would give 10 Stars if I could!
This property is beyond a10 star rating. I did not view it as a vacation rental - this is a home away from home. There is nothing that wasn't forgotten. The decorations are outstanding. There was even spices for cooking. Most places you have to bring your own. There was toys l and games for kids of all ages. The girls were highly impressed with the razor and shaving cream. Thanks for sharing your a wonderful home.
